Ingredients

4 can whole green chilies, drained

12 ounces Monterrey jack cheese – shredded

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons flour

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Spray 2-quart casserole with PAM. Layer chilies and cheese in casserole.

Beat remaining ingredients and pour over chilies/cheese mixture.

Bake at 375*F for 30 minutes.
