Ingredients
1 lb. grated Mexican blend cheese
3 eggs
1½ cups milk
½ cup flour
3-7 oz. cans whole green chiles
Preparation
- Mix the milk, eggs and flour. If desired add salt and pepper.
- Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Lay down one layer of chiles, 1/3 of the milk mixture, then ½ of the cheese.
- Repeat and pour the remaining milk mixture over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
- Allow to cool about 10 minutes before serving.
