Ingredients

1 lb. grated Mexican blend cheese

3 eggs

1½ cups milk

½ cup flour

3-7 oz. cans whole green chiles

Preparation

  1. Mix the milk, eggs and flour. If desired add salt and pepper.
  2. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Lay down one layer of chiles, 1/3 of the milk mixture, then ½ of the cheese.
  4. Repeat and pour the remaining milk mixture over the top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before serving.
