Ingredients
Pomfret fish 3, Beaten eggs 2,Corn flour 2 tbsp, Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Vinegar 1 tbsp, Refine oil 1/2 cup.
INGREDIENT FOR GRAVY
Red chilli 4, Garlic flakes 8, Vinegar 4 tbsp, Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp, Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Garlic grass chopped 1/2 cup, Sesame oil 3 tbsp.
Preparation
PROCESS
Clean fish, marinated with Vinegar, Garlic paste and salt for 1/2 an hour Add Corn flour, salt with beaten eggs and make batter Dip the fish into batter and deep fry, keep aside
PROCESS FOR GRAVY
Soak garlic & red chilli into vinegar for 1 hour and make a paste Heat oil add that paste and stir well Add Schezwan sauce , Oyster sauce, salt and cook for 3 minutes Add 1/2 cup water & fish cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes Add Garlic grass chopped Heat Sesame oil in a very high flame Pour the oil over the preparation Sarve immediately
