Ingredients

Pomfret fish 3, Beaten eggs 2,Corn flour 2 tbsp, Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Vinegar 1 tbsp, Refine oil 1/2 cup.

INGREDIENT FOR GRAVY

Red chilli 4, Garlic flakes 8, Vinegar 4 tbsp, Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp, Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Garlic grass chopped 1/2 cup, Sesame oil 3 tbsp.

Preparation

PROCESS

• Clean fish, marinated with Vinegar, Garlic paste and salt for 1/2 an hour • Add Corn flour, salt with beaten eggs and make batter • Dip the fish into batter and deep fry, keep aside

PROCESS FOR GRAVY

• Soak garlic & red chilli into vinegar for 1 hour and make a paste • Heat oil add that paste and stir well • Add Schezwan sauce , Oyster sauce, salt and cook for 3 minutes • Add 1/2 cup water & fish cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes • Add Garlic grass chopped • Heat Sesame oil in a very high flame • Pour the oil over the preparation • Sarve immediately
