Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
4 tsp. lemon or lime juice
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
4 large Serrano chilies, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Tortilla chips, for serving (squeeze lime over chips and add salt for added flavor then toss).
Preparation
Mix avocado mixture together and serve with warm tortilla chips.
