INGREDIENT FOR BALLS

Khoya Kheer 250 gm, Chocolate syrup 1 & ½ cups, Sugar ½ cup, Corn flour 3 tbsp, Butter 1 tbsp, beaten eggs 2, Muesli 1 cup, Resins 2 tbsp, Oil ½ cups.

INGREDIENT FOR SAUCE

Chocolate syrup 1 cup, Butter 2 tbsp, cream ½ cup.

Preparation

PROCESS FOR BALLS

• Soak resins in water for 1 hour & chopped, • Heat a pan • Add butter, when butter will melt, add mashed Khoya Kheer, sugar & Chocolate syrup • Stir carefully, add resins and mix well till sugar melt • Let the preparation be cool • Prepare medium size balls manually • You can rub butter on your palm • Dip the balls into beaten eggs & roll over the muesli • Follow this procedure twice • Keep the balls in deep freezer so that the coating becomes firm • Fry the balls only few seconds so that egg coating becomes cooked

PROCESS FOR CHOCOLATE SAUCE

• Add all ingredients of sauce in a mixer and blend well • Pour over the balls • Serve the preparation chilled
