Ingredients

1 3/4 cup AP Flour

2 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

1 cup Black Coffee

1 cup Buttermilk

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

Chocolate Frosting:

1/2 cup Butter

2 oz melted Unsweetened Chocolate

3 cup Powdered Sugar

3 Tbsp Milk

2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in mixer
  2. Add rest of ingredients. Beat at medium for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin
  3. Pour into pan (9x13 or two 9" pans)
  4. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min for 9x13 or 30-35 min for layer pans.
  5. Combine frosting ingredients & spread on cooled cakes.
