Ingredients
1 C Imperial Margarine
1/4 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 pkg (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2-1/4 C flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pkg chocolate chips
Nuts if desired
Preparation
Combine margarine, sugars, pudding and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Mix flour with soda. Gradually add in flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes. For Chocolate cookies use milk chocolate flavor instant pudding.
