1 cup raw macadamia nuts
⅓ cup almond milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon raw honey
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cacao butter
⅓ cup chocolate chunks
Preparation
Instructions 1.place the macadamia nuts, almond milk, vanilla, coconut oil, honey and salt in a food processor or high speed blender and process until creamy and smooth 2.melt the cacao butter slowly in a bowl over simmering water (double boiler) 3.remove from stove and mix in the macadamia nut mixture 4.fold in chocolate chunks and spread evenly across the bottom of a 7×5-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper 5.freeze until hardened, then cut into squares.
