Ingredients

Nut Layer

10 Egg Whites

1c + 1 ½ T Sugar

12 oz Nuts, ground

Chocolate Layer

12 Egg Yolks

1c + 1 ½ T Sugar

2 sticks Margarine

Vanilla

2T Coffee dissolved in water

6 oz chocolate

Preparation

Beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Add sugar and nuts. Pour into 10x16" pan. Bake at 350 for ½ hour.

Melt chocolate in double boiler. In a separate bowl, beat yolks with sugar, margarine, vanilla and coffee. Slowly add melted chocolate. Spread over nut layer. Bake for 15 minutes.

Freeze.
