Ingredients

3/4 c. whip cream

8 oz semi-sweet choc chips (1 1/2 c)

1 T grand marnier (optional)

Preparation

Bring cream to boil. Pour over chocolate. Stir to melted. As a glaze let stand at room temp 10 mins before spooning over cooled cake. As frosting let stand at room temp 4 hours or chill til thick & spread over cake.

Makes 2 c - enough to thinly frost a 2 or 3 layer cake.
