Ingredients
Matzoh, salted
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
Line two cookie sheets with foil. Place matzoh in rows to cover pans. Boil 1/2 C butter and 1 C sugar for two minutes. Pour over matzoh and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove cookie sheets from the oven and sprinkle each with 6 oz. of chocolate chips. Wait 15-20 minutes and then spread the chips over the crackers, using a spatula spreader. Refrigerate when hard; break into pieces.
If you used unsalted matzoh, sprinkle some sea salt over the matzoh after you have spread out the chocolate.
