Ingredients

for base:

1 cup butter

4 cups confectioners’ sugar

2 cups peanut butter

2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed nila wafers

for topping:

3 tbsp butter

2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. melt butter and stir in confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter and almond meal

  2. spread mixture in a pie dish and pat down evenly

  3. for topping, melt together remaining butter with chocolate chips and spread over peanut butter mixture

  4. refrigerate 1/2 hour, then cut into squares
