Ingredients

1 cup whipping cream

10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp. grated orange rind

2 tbsp. orange liqueur

1 8 inch baked tart shell

3 oranges

2 tbsp. apricot jam or marmalade

Preparation

Bring cream to boil in a medium pot. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted. Stir in orange rind and liqueur. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.

Peel oranges, removing white pith and skin. Slice into segments and place in bowl. Just before serving. top pie with orange slices.

Melt jam and brush over top.
