Ingredients

Crust

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 c. flour

1 c. chopped pecans

1/2 c butter melted

Potatoes

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 c sugar

1/2 t salt

1 t vanilla

2 eggs (well beaten)

1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter in a mixing bowl and set aside

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  3. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter in that order in a mixer. Mix well

  4. Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish.

  5. Bake 30 minutes, let rest 30 minutes before serving.
