Ingredients
3 cups cooked white rice
1/4 bundle cilantro
1/4 - 1/2 of a lime (juice only)
Preparation
Usually 1 cup uncooked white rice yields 3 cups cooked rice. Follow the instructions on the box.
Pick all the leaves off of the cilantro and add it to the cooked rice. Next squeeze 1/4 of a lime into the rice, being careful not to drop any seeds in. Stir and taste. If you feel like it needs more lime go ahead and squeeze another 1/4 lime.
If you did not add salt when you cooked the rice, now may be a good time to salt your rice if needed.
