Squash

Vegetable broth/Black beans

Onion

Garlic

Green peppers

Sea salt or regular salt

Shrimp or preferred meat

Preparation

Fill pot over medium/low heat with vegetable broth or can of black beans>1 can per person.

Cut up ingredients, 1/3 of each per person. Add to boiling contents in pot. Add sea salt Boil until cilantro looks cooked Stirring occasionally  Add black olives, if preferred when soup is cooked
