Ingredients
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
1 large onon, chopped
salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
3/4 jar passata tomato puree
1 can diced tomatoes
1 c. white wine
2 lb. clams
1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 lb. cod
2 lb. mussels
chili flakes
chopped parsley
Preparation
Saute first five ingreedients for 15 minutes.
Add passata, tomatoes and wine and simmer 20 minutes.
Add clams and simmer 3 -4 minutes. Add remaining seafood plus pinch of chili flakes, then simmer for 5 - 6 minutes more.
Top with chopped parsley.
