Ingredients

Broccoli 1 head

Red Bell Pepper 1

Sunflower Oil 2 T

Sesame Oil 2 t

Soy Sauce 1 T

Garlic 1 toe, fine dice

Ginger 1/3 cup, fine dice

Sesame Seeds 1 T

Preparation

Heat up 2 T Sunflower oil on high heat Chop up a toe of garlic and 2 small dry spicy red peppers (bird’s eye chilis), 1 t regular salt, and throw in the pan Add 1 red bell pepper (chopped) saute until nearly al dente (3 minutes) Add 1 large head of broccoli chopped for 5-10 min until al dente (put the broccoli stalks in before the florettes, as they take much longer to cook) Add sesame oil, about 2 t, and 1 T soy sauce Put in 1/3 cup chopped ginger, toss for one minute. Take off heat Sprinkle sesame seeds 1 T and Maldon sea salt on top and add fresh cracked pepper
