Ingredients

1 c milk

1 (14oz) can cream of coconut

1 1/2 c heavy cream

1 1/2 c sweetened flaked coconut (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine milk & cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender & mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut.
  2. Pour into the container of ice cream maker & freeze according to instructions.
