Ingredients

1 Egg

1/2 cup Milk or Non-Dairy Creamer

1 1/2 cups Flour

3/4 cups Sugar

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, melted

Cinnamon-Crumb Topping

1 1/4 cups Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, melted

1/2 tablespoon Vanilla

Preparation

Beat together eggs, milk and margarine. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir until just combined. Pour batter into greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with topping and bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Crumb Topping Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl, stirring until well blended. Add margarine and vanilla, stirring until mixture is crumbly.
