Ingredients
Coffee Cake
3 eggs 1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla
¼ lb (1 stick) butter 1 cup sour cream
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
½ cup brown sugar mixed with ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar until well-mixed. Add vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. When well-mixed, add sour cream. Grease a 9 x 13" baking pan. Put half of the mixture in the pan. Then add half of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Add ¾ of the bag of chocolate chips in the middle. Cover with the rest of the batter. Add the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Add the rest of the chocolate chips. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
