Ingredients

¾ cup Oil

6 Eggs, separated

1 ½ c Sugar

½ cup Ground Almonds

Vanilla

3t Instant Coffee dissolved in 1T hot water

¾ cup Potato Starch

Preparation

Beat egg whites with ¾ cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Fold white into yolk mixture. Pour into 9 x 13" pan. Bat at 350 for 1 hour. Cut when cool.
