Ingredients

2/3 C dry white wine

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp chopped parsl;ey

1 tsp salt

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

3 Tbsp butter

1/2 C sliced mushrooms

3 Tbsp flour

1 C half and half

1/2 C grated swiss cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

1# lg shrimp

1# scallops

1 C soft breadcrumbs

1/4 C Parmesan.

Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients till onions are translucent.

In a separate pan, combine 3 Tbsp butter and mushrooms. Stir in flour, half and half, and cheese. Gradually stir in onion mixture and remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased 11x7" dish. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Let stand at room temp 30 minutes. Cover and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs combined with 1/4 C parmesan. Sprinkle over casserole and bake 5 more minutes. Serve over rice. Garnish with paprika
