Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 cups blueberries
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternatively with milk. Add blueberries. Bake in greased large muffin tins in 350 oven about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Add time for frozen berries.
