Ingredients

9 cups popped popcorn (popcorn with a little salt and butter worked well)

15 Oreos finely crushed in food processor

5 Oreos not so finely crushed

24 oz. White Vanilla Almond Bark

To make almond bark:

1 cup chopped almonds

4 cups white chocolate chips or 24 oz white chocolate bars

1.5 tablespoon shortening

Preparation

  1. Make popcorn and put in large bowl
  2. Add shortening and white chocolate to a double boiler
  3. When mixture has melted add in finely chopped almonds and the 15 food processed oreos
  4. Using a spatula, drizzle over popcorn. Mix popcorn and repeat this step until all the bark is used
  5. Mix in the not so finely crushed oreos
  6. Let cool until the coating hardens
