Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 (8oz) package Jiffy corn bread mix
1 cup sour cream
4 T butter, melted
1-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking pan or a 2 quart cassarole dish.
Mix together the corn, corn bread mix, sour cream and butter in a large bowl. Stir in the cheese and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes until golden brown and set.
