Ingredients

1 can of corn, drained

1 can of creamed corn

1 stick of butter, melted

1 cream cheese (8oz.)

1 small can chopped mushrooms

2 eggs

1 Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased glass (10x 14) Cook for about 45 minutes on 350.

It is also great with taco fixings on top (sour cream, guacamole, cheese and chunky salsa.)
