Ingredients
4-5 ears fresh corn husked
2 c milk
1/2 c yellow cornmeal
1/2 t coarse salt
2 T whipping cream
Preparation
Grate kernels in grater. In a large saucepan combine milk, cornmeal and salt and stir over low heat. Add cream and blend in corn.
