Ingredients

1c butter

1c sugar

4 eggs

1 16oz can creamed corn

1/2c each grated cheddar and Jack cheese

1c flour

1c yellow corn meal

4tsp baking powder

1/2tsp salt

Preparation

In food processor, cream butter, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Add corn, cheese and dry ingredients and chiles if desired and pulse a few times to combine. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
