Ingredients

1 10oz package fresh spinach, torn

1 12oz small curd cottage cheese

1/2 cup chopped pecan, toasted

1/2 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. vinegar

2 tsp. prepared horseradish

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Preparation

  1. In a large serving bowl, layer half of the spinach, cottage cheese and pecans. Repeat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, drizzle over salad and toss.

  3. Serve!
