Ingredients

1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained.

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 small green pepper, finely chopped

1 small carrot, finely chopped

1 large clove garlic, finely minced

1 bay leaf

2 cans (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth

1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes, chopped

1 cup water

3/4 cup dry lentils

1/2 cup Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard

Preparation

In 4 quart saucepan combine all ingredients except mustard. Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours or until lentils are tender. Mix in mustard.
