Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbl butter
1 cup couscous(Trader Joes whole wheat)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup julienned fresh basil
Preparation
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the broth, bring to a boil and add the couscous. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add the basil and pine nuts.
