Ingredients

1 lb. dungeness crab meat

1/2 cup chopped onion and garlic

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 egg

Old Bay seasoning (2 tablespoons or to taste)

Tabasco - few drops

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

Preparation

1.  Cook onion and celery in 3 to 4 tablespoons butter - put in bowl 2.  Add crab and bread crumbs 3.  Whisk together egg; mustard; W. sauce; seasoning; tabasco and mayonnaise. Place crab cakes onto an oiled sheet pan. Place in refrigerator over night covered with saran wrap. Bake 12 mins. at 425 F.
