Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can crab meat
1 teaspoon horseradish,
1 heaping teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Soften cream cheese. Blend in horseradish and crab meat. (Stir in a couple of teaspoons of milk to soften if necessary.) Pepper to taste.
Spray small casserole with nonstick spray. Transfer mixture to prepared dish and top with grated cheese.
(May be stored, covered, in the refrigerator up to 2 days before baking.)
Bake uncovered at 350 degree F. oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with Triscuit.
