Ingredients
500 grams farfalle (bowtie pasta)
1 can crab or creme di salmone or smoked salmon – drained
6 ounces Gorgonzola cheese – crumbled
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
cream or half and half to thin as needed
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Boil pasta to al dente. Drain; return to pan.
Add butter and sour cream to pasta; stir well. Add crab; stir well. Stir in Gorgonzola cheese. Thin with cream as needed.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
