Ingredients
1 9 inch pie crust (homemade or bought)
1/2 lb. lump crab meat
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 small green pepper, chopped fine
2 large eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Prick shell and bake in oven for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread crab mixture in pie shell. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes and serve warm.
