Ingredients

-2lbs frozen Hashbrowns (defrosted)

-1/2 cup melted butter

-1 tsp salt -1/4 tsp pepper

-1/2 cup chopped onion

-1 can cream of chicken soup

-1 pint sour cream

-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

-Topping: - 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter mixed together

Preparation

  1. Combine butter, salt, pepper, soup, and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Mix in onions, cheese, and hashbrowns.

3)Pour into 9"x13" dish. Cover with the topping.

  1. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 min.
