Ingredients
-2lbs frozen Hashbrowns (defrosted)
-1/2 cup melted butter
-1 tsp salt -1/4 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 pint sour cream
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-Topping: - 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter mixed together
Preparation
Combine butter, salt, pepper, soup, and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in onions, cheese, and hashbrowns.
3)Pour into 9"x13" dish. Cover with the topping.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 min.
