Ingredients

1.5 cups cranberries

1 tart apple, peeled and cored

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted*

1/4 cup orange marmalade

1 tbsp coursely grated lemon rind

1 tbsp lemon juice

pinch cinammon

Preparation

In food processor or grinder, chop cranberries and apple. In bowl, combine cranberry mixture, sugar pecans, raisins, marmalade, lemon rind, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Transfer to jar; cover and refrigerate for a t least 8 hours or up to 1 week.

  • To toast pecans, spread on baking sheet and bake in 350F oven for about 5 minutes or until golden.
