Ingredients
One 12 oz. package cranberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup lime joice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 jalepeno peppers, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add cranberries to boiling water and let stand 60 seconds. Drain immediately and rinse with cold water.
Mash or coarsely chop half the cranberries in food processor.
Place in a bowl and add sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Flavors blend as salsa stands.
