Ingredients

1 C butter, softned

3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 C sugar

1 egg yolk

2 1/2 C flour

1 tsp vanilla

Pecans

Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese: slowly add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk. Add flour and vanilla; mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Gently press pecan into center of each cookie. Bake 325 for 15 min.
