Ingredients

1 8oz Neufchatel Cheese

1 4.5oz can chopped green chilies

1 Cup/4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese

Jalapenos or green onions, sliced

Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Beat first three ingrdients in medium bowl until creamy. Spread in microwave-safe pie plate.
  2. Microwave on high for 3-4 min until edges are bubbly and center is hot.
  3. Garnish with jalapeno peppers or green onions. Serve with Tortilla chips
