Ingredients

2 C self-rising flour

2 T sugar

1 egg

1.5-2 C milk

3 oz cream cheese

1 T melted butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add next 4 ingredients, stirring just until moist. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased skillet, turning once.
