Ingredients

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise

1/4 cup plus t Tablespoons skim milk

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Dash of hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill.

  2. Serve on salads, or use as vegetable dip.
