Ingredients

1 egg

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 bulb of garlic (pressed)

1 two oz tin anchovy fillets

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/3 cup peanut oil

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and you are done.
