Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp,peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic,minced divided
1 tbs lemon zest
1tbs veg oil
3 tbs butter
1tbs basil,chopped
8 oz pasta
grated parmesan
Preparation
place shrimp in bowl and aa 1tsp garlic,lemon zest and oil.stir and let marinate while pasta cooks. cook pasta according to package directions,but cook for 1 minute less than directions. during last 3 min.of pasta cooking heat buttre inskillet until it foams.add remaining garlic and sauté until it is fragrant,about 30 seconds.add shrimp and marinade and cook for 30 seconds or until shrimp begin to turn pink.add basil and stir to combine reserve 1/4 cup cooking liquid,drain pasta and add to skillet.stir to combine,cook abiut 1 minute.if sauce does not coat pasta,add a bit of cooking liquid. top w parmesan and little lemon juice.
