Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
2 canned anchovy fillets
1/2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon, or more to taste
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
salt to taste
Preparation
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, anchovies, garlic, oil, lemon juice, tarragon, parsley and basil leaves in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, 1 minute. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
