Ingredients

1 (4-ounce) package smoked salmon, pulled into small chunks

2 tablespoons minced dill or fennel fronds

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained

2 ounces creme fraiche or sour cream

Preparation

1 Mix all ingredients together gently until well combined.

2 Serve immediately with crackers, blini, or toast, or refrigerate overnight.
