1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1 EGG
1 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
3 CUPS QUAKER OATS
1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3/4 CUPS RAISINS
3/4 CUP TOASTED CHOPPED NUTS
Preparation
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
CREAM SOFTENED BUTTER AND SUGARS, ADD EGG AND VANILLA BLEND WELL. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STIR IN RAISINS, NUTS AND CHIPS
BAKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES.
