Ingredients

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

3 T. soy sauce

3 T. lemon juice

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 t. crushed red pepper

1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts

Preparation

Mix ingredients in a slow cooker. Add chicken and stir until coated. Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours, or until tender.

Pour sauce into a pan and thicken with cornstarch and water.

Serve over rice.
