Ingredients

4-6 small potatoes peeled and diced (can also use 1 package cubed frozen hashbrowns)

2 cans cream of chicken

1 can cream of celery

1 pint Half & Half

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

6 TB melted butter

1 bunch green onions thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup -optional)

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a crock pot and stir until combined. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving mix in cheese. Enjoy!
